Suraj advised leading energy firms on optimizing their carbon footprints and integrating sustainable practices into their operations. His extensive experience in the Nigerian oil and gas industry positions him to deliver tailored carbon management solutions that drive both environmental and financial performance for his clients.

Dr. Michael Taiwo is a renowned hydrogen technology specialist with a distinguished career in the energy sector, focusing on carbon management and sustainability.
As the former Head of Operations, Hydrogen at Shell US, Dr. Taiwo played a pivotal role in advancing hydrogen technologies and their applications in reducing carbon emissions. Today, he leverages his deep expertise to advise organizations on comprehensive carbon management strategies, including the integration of hydrogen technologies as a key component of decarbonization efforts.

Jonathan Munoz is an energy projects and operations professional with over 20 years of international experience spanning project development, EPC/EPCm delivery, commissioning and operations. He has led major energy projects across North America, South America, Europe and the Middle East, managing multidisciplinary teams and projects ranging from $1 million to $7 billion. His expertise includes hydrogen infrastructure, project execution, operations and maintenance, with experience across both owner and contractor environments.
Lahra Wehbe
Infrastructure and Commercial Development Director
Lara Wehbe is a senior energy and commercial professional with over 15 years of international experience across infrastructure and energy project development, procurement, contracting and operations. Her experience spans renewable energy, hydrogen, transportation and rail, with leadership roles at Shell and Solas Energy Consulting. She brings an owner-side perspective to project strategy, commercial risk, procurement and delivery, with experience managing complex projects and diverse international stakeholders.
Ashwin Rao
Energy Consultant
Ashwin Rao is an engineering and energy projects professional with over 20 years of international experience across hydrogen infrastructure, project delivery, asset integrity, commissioning, maintenance and supply chain management. He has held senior technical and project leadership roles with Shell, where he contributed to the development and delivery of hydrogen refuelling infrastructure in China and Oman. His experience spans major energy projects across multiple markets, including Saudi Arabia and the United States. Ashwin holds degrees in Aerospace Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Business Administration, alongside professional certifications in maintenance, reliability and engineering inspections.
Dr. Ibrahim Wasiu Arolu
Sustainable Agricultural and ESG Expert
Dr. Ibrahim Wasiu Arolu is an agronomist, plant breeder and soil-health specialist with extensive experience in sustainable agriculture, agricultural development and ESG. His work spans soil health, responsible fertilizer use, carbon sequestration, climate-resilient farming and farmer capacity building. He has held leadership roles in academia and commercial agriculture, including OCP Africa and Olam Grains, and has worked with government, private-sector and farming stakeholders across Nigeria. He holds a PhD in Plant Breeding and Genetics and has contributed to research on soil health, crop productivity, food security and climate resilience.
Adesola Ojesanmi

Adesola Ojesanmi is an environmental professional with expertise in environmental assessment, compliance, remediation, waste and effluent management, and environmental due diligence. He also specialises in carbon accounting, GHG baselining, decarbonisation, climate risk, and environmental and social safeguards. His experience includes regulatory permitting and stakeholder engagement across key Nigerian environmental and energy regulators, as well as international frameworks including IFC Performance Standards, GHG Protocol and ISSB

Dauda Sulaimon Abiola is an ESG and climate finance professional with experience in sustainability reporting, climate investment, energy policy and investment valuation. He currently works with the Green Climate Fund, contributing to climate and energy investment portfolios, policy and blended finance. His previous experience includes supporting ESG integration, climate governance and sustainability reporting across Nigeria’s oil and gas, banking, cement and telecommunications sectors.
